BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land shown on the attached map and located in the 100 block of Honest Street, being on the northwest line of Honest Street northwest of Lee Highway. Lot 2B, Final Plat of Lot 2A and Lot 2B, resubdivision of Part of Lot 2, Sterchi Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat book 58, Page 81, ROHC; that property shown on said plat as Honest Street which lies adjacent to the northeast line of said Lot 2B, being a part of lot 2, Paul Gray (Trustee) Resubdivision of Sterchi Acres, as shown by plat of record in plat book 26, page 135, ROHC; and an unplatted tract; being the properties described in deed book 4808, page 157, ROHC, and as Tract 53 in deed book 3284, page 541, ROHC, and part of the properties described in deed book 2582, page 547, ROHC, and deed book 2224, page 341, ROHC. Tax Map No. 148H-A-1 (part), 158C-25.2 (part), and 158A-C-25.3. from C-1 Highway Commercial Zone, C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone and M-1 Manufacturing Zone to M-2 Light Industrial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
